APC Coaching and Training
The APC coaching and training helps candidates build their confidence by understanding how to design and deliver their case study presentation to make it engaging and effective. The goal is to demonstrate their confidence on the subject making sure they meet the marking criteria.
Candidates often feel the pressure during the discussion Q&A interview where they are asked questions on a range of competences. How they deliver their answer impacts their credibility and confidence.
The coaching process is 1:1 and tailored to each individual. The interactive workshops are for small groups where each individual has a chance to deliver a presentation and receive constructive feedback. The Q&A session is like a ‘stress test’ where they experience what it is like to deal with difficult or unexpected questions and receive constructive feedback on their responses.
