About Neeta Halai
Neeta is a qualified solicitor, trainer/coach, author and artist. She is the founder of New Heights Training where the focus is working with professionals and students, using the psychology of human behaviour, emotional intelligence and language patterns. Neeta works with clients nationally and internationally to help create IQ and EQ smart people in competitive working environments.
Coaching & Training
- SQE: Neeta coaches and trains hundreds of international lawyers and aspiring solicitors worldwide, from six of the seven continents, preparing them to qualify as a solicitor of England and Wales.
- APC: She also works with the largest global real estate firms where she coaches and trains their employees to meet the high professional standards required in the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS chartered surveyor.
- Legal and Communication Skills: Neeta designs and delivers bespoke training and coaching programmes tailored to all levels of staff.
- Coaching Services: Neeta coaches’ partners, lawyers and business professionals on areas that impact their professional and personal circumstances. She is also an experienced careers and interview coach with a flexible and non-judgmental manner. She uses many coaching models and tools, language patterns and emotional intelligence tailored to help you understand yourself better, build your confidence and connect the dots.
Author
Neeta is the first author of Skilfully Passing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), 2nd Edition, published by Bloomsbury. The SQE book has sold hundreds of copies, worldwide, to individuals, law firms, businesses and it is a recommended textbook for many universities and training providers.
Speaker | Presenter
Neeta has been invited to speak at the Global Legal Forum in The Hague on the ‘Future Lawyer’. She has also been a moderator for Legal Tech Talk in London where the focus is on AI in the legal profession.
Neeta is also an experienced script-writer and presenter who creates professional training videos for legal training providers.
Qualified Solicitor
In addition to her postgraduate studies, Neeta is a practitioner of Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP), a practitioner of SEI Emotional Intelligence and holds a Certificate in Teaching English to Adults (CELTA).
Neeta has been an experienced litigation lawyer. She remains on the Roll of Solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Arts Club.
Artist
Neeta is an artist whose artwork has been selected and exhibited in the Rolls Building, Central London as well as in online magazines. She creates commissioned artwork and her clients are worldwide.
She holds ‘Paint and Party’ workshops helping people develop and build their confidence to get creative which can initially feel overwhelming and daunting. It is an interactive, fun and rewarding experience.
