There are many different definitions, interpretations and types of coaching. The universal theme that runs through coaching is to assist someone to move from where they are now, to where they want to be. The aim of coaching is to allow a person to achieve some goal or develop specific skills and to do this more efficiently and effectively than if they did it on their own.
Traditionally, mentoring in the workplace describes a relationship in which a more experienced colleague has used their greater knowledge and understanding of the work or workplace to support the development of more junior or inexperienced members of staff. They act as a role model.
The key distinction to be drawn is that a client who enters therapy or counselling is usually trying to get away from pain or discomfort rather than move toward a desired goal. Coaching is all about moving towards a desired goal.
We offer face to face coaching as we believe this is often the most effective way. However, we appreciate that this is not always the most viable option and we would be happy to discuss your preferences with you.
For Interview Coaching, unless your interview is over the phone, one face to face session (if you wish to experience a ‘mock’ interview) would be advisable.
It is important to remember that you need to want to change. If you have the right attitude, are willing to be open minded and are committed to the process – there is no reason why you would not benefit from coaching.

As an individual, confidentiality is maintained throughout the whole process. No details raised during the coaching sessions will be disclosed to anyone, without your consent.
As an organisation, we understand that you would like to see something in return for your investment. To ensure the process is effective from the outset, we believe that employee confidentiality is crucial throughout the whole process. Therefore, if the employee agrees, we would be happy to provide the company with a factual report identifying the areas covered in the coaching process and how the employee is progressing. The employee will also be given a copy of the report.
It would be unfair to quote you a standard price, as, all our coaching packages are made bespoke to the individuals needs. We work with you on your budget. Depending on which coaching package you choose and your requirements, we are sure we can help you.
Yes. We believe in rewarding our clients fairly for taking the initiative. We will be happy to advise you of the discount, based on the number of sessions block booked.

The whole coaching process will be assigned to one coach. Most of the time, this will be Neeta Halai. However, we also use affiliated companies and associates to assist us with specific areas of expertise for your benefit. All our coaches are professionals and experienced in their particular areas of expertise.
